Vincenzo, A Story of Psychological Violence

Sicily, Year 2023

Vincenzo is a kind and young man, but he meets a narcissistic girlfriend.

She takes him away from the family for years, manipulates him, and abuses him every day. In the end, Vincenzo can't take it anymore and commits suicide (video of the suicide aired on Italia-1 Italian national Channel on February 21, 2023) to prove his love to his abuser.

Parents received the body and the phone, on which they find six months of conversations: over 150 voice messages and texts per day, all of the same tenor: " Kill your father!", "Before you can be a human being, Vincenzo, you have to be a dog!", "You're disgusting!", "Call your father and mother, kill them, and then come here.", "Burn their house! I don't care."

He is forced to give constant proof of his love: setting himself on fire, flagellating himself, throwing himself into brambles. He regularly sends videos to his girlfriend showing him performing these acts of self-harm.

But it is never enough. She insults him, spits on him, until she drives him to suicide.

His parents and sister bring the phone to the judge, but, but, despite it being a clear case of induction to suicide, the judge decides not to initiate a trial (it's normal in times of feminism that women do not pay for the crimes they commit).

The family is devastated. The murderer, according to the sister I spoke to, is free and enjoying life (and probably abusing some other victim).

Every year in Italy over 3000 men and boys commit suicide (source: ISTAT, main Italian National Institute of Statistics) in most cases due to the pressure and violence they have suffered. If you want to support the family of young Vincenzo, here is the page TRUTH AND JUSTICE FOR VINCENZO.

Below are some recordings and contents of Vincenzo's phone (italian language):
